Admin Application

as i read from the post from one of the mig33 staffs martinkow79. he says that mig33 is currently not selecting anymore new admins or anytime soon. therefore please do not send in anymore emails to ask for becoming an admin.

upon reading this post it seems selection of new admins is in 50/50 condition. so please those users who are aspiring for admin post do not send your application yet otherwise it will be discarded
